The House

 

The house has three bedrooms and sleeps five. This holiday property is furnished with all you need to enjoy home away from home.  The fully equipped kitchen has all modern conveniences including microwave, kettle, toaster,  fridge freezer, electric cooker, washer. The sitting room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and chairs and multi-channel TV. The dining area and kitchen is recently refurbished with a sociable dining set up with a custom made large table with benches. Patio doors in the kitchen area offer access to a small back yard which leads to the house’s compact terraced garden. Downstairs there is a single WC/cloakroom. The upper floor of the house consists of 3 bedrooms.  The main bathroom includes an electric shower, WC, sink and bath. Two bedrooms are double bedrooms, the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.  The third bedroom is a single room. 

 

Oil-fired central heating throughout property keeps the house cosy even in the winter months.  Towels and bed linen are provided.  High quality Wi-Fi is included. Electricity and heating included.  No smoking indoors.  Pets welcome subject to discussion with Dara.  The property is suitable for children, please contact Dara if you would like to arrange a travel cot, stair gates extra.
